A strong earthquake struck off the coast of Davao Oriental this morning at 9:43 a.m. with a magnitude of 7.6. PHIVOLCS has issued a tsunami warning for several coastal provinces in Mindanao and the Visayas, including Davao Oriental, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Southern Leyte, and Eastern Samar.
