Malacañang has declared special non-working holidays in three towns in Cotabato and Davao de Oro, providing residents with the opportunity to fully participate in their respective founding anniversaries and local festivities.
Proclamation 1052 declared October 14, 2025 a special non-working holiday in Antipas, Cotabato in celebration of its founding anniversary.
Proclamation 1053 designated November 13, 2025, as a special non-working holiday in Pantukan, Davao de Oro, commemorating its 88th founding anniversary and celebrating the 23rd PASAKA Festival.
Meanwhile, Proclamation 1054 declared November 24, 2025 a special non-working holiday in Maragusan, Davao de Oro, to commemorate the Araw ng Maragusan.
Executive Secretary Lucas P. Bersamin signed the proclamations, noting that declaring such holidays is fitting and proper to allow constituents to actively take part in and enjoy their community celebrations. | PND
