We extend our deepest condolences to the family, loved ones, friends, and colleagues of Presidential Legislative Liaison Office (PLLO) Secretary Adelino Sitoy for his passing.

Secretary Sitoy was effective in assisting and liaising the executive branch with the legislative branch on President Rodrigo Roa Duterte’s key legislative reforms and agenda. His work has been instrumental in enacting laws that have become part of the President’s legacy.

His commitment to public service will further be memorialized, as a former mayor of Cordova, Cebu and as the first president of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines-Cebu.

We pray for the eternal repose of his soul.
