Dumalo si Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. sa groundbreaking ng Disiplina Village Arkong Bato sa Valenzuela City, ang ika-apat na Disiplina Village sa lungsod. Nagpasalamat ang Pangulo sa lahat ng tumulong upang maipatayo ang mga bahay para sa mga pamilyang naninirahan sa peligrosong mga lugar at naapektuhan ng mga proyekto ng gobyerno. Layunin ng proyektong ito na magbigay ng pabahay para sa 1,200 pamilya na naninirahan sa tabi ng Tullahan River at Manila Bay.
