Mananatiling nasa Alert Level 2 classification ang National Capital Region mula February 16, 2022 hanggang February 28, 2022.

Sa Mindanao, nasa Alert Level 2 mula February 16 hanggang katapusan ng buwan ng Pebrero 2022 ang City of Isabela, Zamboanga del Sur, Zamboanga del Norte at Zamboanga Sibugay in Region IX; Bukidnon, Cagayan de Oro City, Camiguin, Iligan City, Lanao del Norte, Misamis Occidental at Misamis Oriental in Region X; Davao City, Davao del Sur, Davao del Norte at Davao Oriental in Region XI; General Santos City, North Cotabato, Sarangani at Sultan Kudarat in Region XII; Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Butuan City at Dinagat Islands in Region XIII; And Basilan, Maguindanao, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi, Cotabato City at Lanao del Sur in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.
Samantala, inaprubahan din ng IATF ang acceptance and recognition of the national COVID-19 vaccination certificates ng Malaysia at Republic of Ireland, for purposes of arrival quarantine protocols, as well as for interzonal/intrazonal movement. This is in addition to other countries/territories/jurisdictions whose proofs of vaccination the IATF has already approved for recognition in the Philippines, and without prejudice to such other proofs of vaccination approved by the IATF for all inbound travelers.
Inatasan ng IATF ang Bureau of Quarantine, Department of Transportation – One-Stop-Shop at Bureau of Immigration na kilalanin ang proofs of vaccination na inaprubahan ng IATF.
