SEC. PANELO: Hindi ba sabi ni Chair Garma, iyong statement niya ano eh, upon the recommendation of the PCSO. So apparently, the board of the PCSO made the recommendation. You must remember that Chair Garma was involved with the investigation – inimbestigahan niya iyon eh.
Q: Sir, will you support iyong parang panawagan din or gustong mangyari ni GM Garma na iyong PCSO income or whatever na pumapasok should be tax-exempt at saka matanggal na iyong compulsory—parang donations na kinukuha ng mga government agencies, para PCSO na lang iyong hahawak at mas marami raw matulungan.
