Good afternoon, Executive Secretary Bingbong Medialdea, fellow workers in the Cabinet, fellow workers in government, members of the diplomatic corps, and members of the media, businessmen, ladies and gentlemen.

The main infrastructure program or the main program of the Duterte administration to grow the economy, reduce poverty, and solve congestion in Metro Manila is to build, build, build.

We will embark on the most ambitious infrastructure program in history which will usher in a golden age of infrastructure. This is why I am very excited to open this session Build, Build, Build.

With us today are the key members of the Cabinet and heads of agencies that form part of the Build, Build, Build team.

For the first time in history, we are all working together to make all these plans a reality for our people.

With us today joining me, Executive Secretary Salvador “Bingbong” Medialdea, Secretary Sonny Dominguez of Finance, Secretary Ben Diokno of the DBM, Secretary Art Tugade of DOTr, Secretary Ernie Pernia of NEDA, Secretary Mark Villar of DPWH, Presidential Spokesman Secretary Ernie Abella, last but not the least, BCDA President Vince Dizon.
