As President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. received the credentials of five new ambassadors to the Philippines at Malacañang on Thursday, he took the opportunity to reaffirm the Philippines’ commitment to strengthening bilateral cooperation with Bangladesh, Palau, Armenia, Cuba, and Mongolia.
Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique Manalo joined the President in receiving the resident ambassador of Bangladesh and the non-resident ambassadors of Palau, Armenia, Cuba, and Mongolia.
President Marcos expressed his hope that the envoys would work closely with their Philippine counterparts to continue deepening bilateral ties, and encouraged them to take time to explore the Philippines. | PND
