TAGUIG CITY — President Rodrigo Roa Duterte on Friday, December 21, attended the birthday celebration of Taguig City Mayor, Maria Laarni “Lani” Cayetano held at the Maybank Performance Arts Theater in Taguig City.

President Duterte thanked Mayor Lani Cayetano for her unwavering support to his administration since the first day of his presidency and noted that he is honored to be able to work with a public servant who is “professional, dedicated and selfless.”

The Chief Executive then commended the Taguig Mayor for her steadfast commitment in bringing about genuine and positive change in the lives of the citizens of Taguig.

He also hopes that Mayor Cayetano would continue to inspire more government workers to wholeheartedly pursue reforms that would pave the way for a more just, fair, and honest society.

Duterte also wished her another year filled with warmth, abundant happiness, and love.
