Before I’m given talking points, but before that, I’d like to draw to you a picture of the world, global business. It’s a highly competitive world today, and everybody is into the business of money, and that is why, there’s a lot of competition going on. Maybe, just maybe, the Philippines would make it big in the agricultural area. Within the span of the next 30 years, 3 decades, I don’t see any rising of a new sector probably, industrial also. It’s too tight, the resources are committed already, and besides, we lag behind in the money business.

But what could make the industry valuable? Ang agriculture is actually Mindanao—and only in Mindanao. We can expect mining industries to sprout everywhere, and in the process destroy the land also. And other export processing zones that Tugade and the rest in the Cabinet plan to do—their own, kanya-kanya silang plano. And if put into an implementation, I’d see on the third year a lot of smoke billowing also in the Philippines. And again, we are bothered by the thought that ratio and proportion are supposed to not grow beyond iyong atin ngayon.

Ang kwentada kasi nitong mga gago is iyong ratio and proportion vis-à-vis with the rise also. Hindi iyong puwede na humabol tayo at a rate on our own because you have to do some computations. Pag umakyat sila at umakyat tayo, then again, ang ating akyat is just the ratio and proportion of the existing gas emissions. That is one of the draft. I do not think it is still in the—they have deposited there, as of yesterday, iyong mga sa climate change. I don’t know if this is the question still carried. But what I’m trying to say is that, ito kasi sila, at the expense of the third world, now still, they went into other lands, conquest, live the fat of the land, itong mga imperyalista, and they were able to maintain the rise unbridled, unimpeded, but just about iyong giyera.

Otherwise, they were enjoying the—I said the fat of the land of other people’s country. Agricultural was very low, and yet, if ever there’s a new business, it is only the foreigners who were the first one to get and benefit from the kind of arrangement that we are in. Wala akong ano diyan, maybe, it’s the fate of the Filipino. But what I don’t like is iyong—sila kasi umabot na, umabot na sila at the apex of their Industrial supremacy. They cannot go higher than that what they have now.

And yet, we in the third world countries are trying to catch up, and we are stymied, not only by the cartels but also by the refusal of these industrial countries to understand. Gusto natin umabot, we want to reach what they have achieved, but then again, there are so many things because they said, that’s the emission, the carbon footprints, you cannot go beyond this. And yet, if you go around the Philippines, you have to go by the hundreds of kilometers before you see any factory. And if we decide, if our planners like Piñol and everybody there in the Cabinet, who are all bright, puro itong mga cum laude. bah ito si Piñol, baka—baka akala—he’s in the boondocks from the farmland. He is a summa graduate, Summa Cum Laude iyan; so is Tugade; so is Yasay.

Ako lang ang bugok diyan, sa totoo lang. (laughter)

Totoo, you might, no, Tugade was my classmate, Dominguez was my childhood friend, puro valedictorian iyan lahat since the beginning of time.

I was only one lagging behind because I enjoyed my elementary and high school days. While they were studying very hard, I was enjoying my life drinking most of the time. Mas maganda ang kabataan mo kaysa dito sa presidency, sus maryosep. If you only know, kung pabalikin lang.

Ay sus, I am the chief clerk of the government, every time, every night, there’s a folder: Department of Agriculture, Department of Foreign Affairs, Labor, and I have to read it, baka ma-Arroyo ka, place the marginal notes, okay, approved. But you have to read it. My earliest go home time in Malacañang is, on the average, 2 o’clock – 2, 3, 4. Then I wake up because my day starts at one. So I attend to all of the business of the government, and again, I go home. I do not eat dinner, so I just iyong finger food na sandwiches ang kinakain ko. Then again, that’s the routine.

And sometime, it’s a killing—I go there, it’s lonely, I’m alone. Hindi ko naman mayakap iyong mga guwardiya ke lalaki man, (laughter) walang babae. Kung minsan, iyong mga aide ko, itong si—umuuwi naman iyan sila, paghatid sa akin just to make sure that I go home alive. After that, kung mabangungot ako, wala silang pakialam. (laughter)

And I do not have the privacy because you are not supposed to lock your door. You are not allowed to do that. Although they have not really tried opening it up without knocking, and I have yet to experience one na ginising ako na—but they are, you are not—you cannot lock the door. I don’t know why. Basta makatulog ka, anong gawin mo diyan, you just leave it unlocked, and okay na ang lahat. Well, I suppose na baka may magnanakaw, mahuli nila kaagad. That’s the rationale of a life of a President; beyond that, is nothing, really nothing.

So, balik tayo dito sa banana. (laughter) Well, the greatest promise of the banana growers in the Philippines, for that matter, is really the law and order. Until and unless we can put together a country that’s bereft of any revolutionary tax, extortion, and everything, isusunog iyong farm implements, it’s because of the taxation. If it’s not the taxation of the Communists, it’s the extortion of the roving bandits in Mindanao.

So, at first, even before I took my Oath of Office, I tried to reach out to the Communists. And right at the start of my administration, we also started the talks, and I’m very happy. Now we are freed of the countryside vis-a-vis itong Communist Party of the Philippines, NDF, NPA. But the others, the Moro, both National Liberation Front and the Moro Islamic, I was able to talk to everybody. And Misuari is getting out of Jolo next week, and we’ll begin the talks. The MI, we are now talking. I do not know si Secretary Alonto, myembro man ito ng—you know, the first one who went to the Middle East to train and fight the Philippines, sila iyan eh. Sema, Misuari, si—itong sa Basilan, si ano—Salappudin, sila iyan.

So, I am glad that the ‘Politiko’, the politicians in the Islamic Liberation Front, puwede nang mag-usap. Murad is a ‘moderate’, Jaafar is a ‘moderate’. The Central Committee, I suppose are ‘moderates’. Ito namang sa kanila, there is the MN, sila Khayr, pati iyong sa Jolo. But I said, I don’t know how they’re going to fix their dynamics within the MNLF. But they are also willing to talk again.

Now, the only problem is, there is a certain sector in the Mindanao area that refuses to talk about peace, and ito iyong mga Moro na inabutan ng atrocities of the imperialists.

You know in 1521, I’d like to repeat it again and again and again so that you’ll understand. 1521, Magellan landed in Leyte, and the idiot claimed that he discovered the Philippines. Our history books, look at our history books noon, sa amin. Who discovered the Philippines? The answer was Magellan. Anak ng—kung ako ang Presidente noon, sampalin kita pag ginawa mo iyon. You burn that book, or I’ll—we were doing all right.

Even before the Spaniards came, we were a people, although in sparsely- populated areas but we were here already. That’s why, I cannot imagine why would it take a Spaniard to discover us, or an Italian, whose trip to the Philippines was sponsored by the Spanish imperialism. Bakit ganoon? So when he was here, when he landed, he unloaded the cannons, the gunpowder, the muskets, they were the rifle of the times; the swords and everything, plus the greed of somebody else’s land.

Iyong Islam naman was already thriving here in Mindanao. As a matter of fact, Islam was 100 per cent dito sa Mindanao because Mindanao was really part—you go to the archives of Malaysia and itong sa Indonesia, there’s a part there about the Philippines and how the missionaries came here. Mindanao was already Islam 100 per cent. But because they saw Mindanao as a promising land even before, simply because what promised was really, there was no typhoon. It was below the typhoon belt until now, there’s not much change in the current pattern of the weather. Kaya lang, mas marami na ang—because of the warm, umiinit na because of the pollution that we have spewed up in the air.

Pero ang Mindanao remains to be a viable agricultural land. Now, kung mawala iyang NPA at mawala iyang revolution ng MI pati MN, we would be alright, except there is a sector here which cannot be talked into about peace and those are the scholars of the—ang tawag nila ni Muslim revo—it’s actually the Muslim nationalism, the Moro nationalism, that’s what it existed there. Kasi ki-nonquer sila, tapos they suffered most because they resisted the Spaniards. One reason, the issue was really religion. Ayaw nila, ayaw nila iyong Spaniard pumunta dito, mayroon ng mga relihiyon pati iyong mga cannon, so they were bludgeoned blungeoned. Eh, wala naman tayong mga—lolo natin, wala namang mga kanyon iyon o pati mga gunpowder, so that was the first time that they experienced explosions and everything. So it was a bloody one.

But in other parts, separated by islands so there was no one strongman, there was no common post, they were conquered easily. But tayo—ang Mindanao, may poste eh, kaya hindi mo makuha. Bakit? There was a post and what is that? Islam. Iyan, so they see us, my government, and since si Alonto, nandito naman sa atin, they see us as a continuing presence of the Spaniards, the Americans, and tayo iyong extension.

We waged war against them because we are being used by the Americans. In other words, there can never be forgiveness. And iyong pinakita ko iyong massacre diyan sa Bud Dajo, iyong sa Jolo, those were really, wala tayong camera noon, so we could not have secured, I mean portrayed those cameras and equipments because we never had the cameras at that time. It was the Americans who had it. And we got the picture from the archives of America. And nobody is supposed to tinker with history, so no one will get something out of that archives.

So nagpaiwan, doon nakita. Then the post card, post card ha, even there, was an American soldier, ang paa niya sa taas ng dibdib ng babae na hubad, nakaganoon ng weapon. It was a post card; it was used as a post card, ganun katindi. So that is why, itong mga scholar, sinabi ni Tatad, ni Lozano, ni—yung mga bright diyan na sa ANC, ako raw. No, it was not me, hindi galing akin iyon. Galing iyan sa mga scholar na kinausap ko, pati iyong mga bata. Iyong mga bata nila, iyong mga bright na ano, hindi gumagamit ng baril iyan. Just like the bright ones dito sa ating ano, mga taga-UP, ito iyang hindi nagdadala ng baril, but they keep on repeating the history of what is; what is the truth and how it happened. So, mabuti maprangkahan ko kayo kung ano. I’m saying this because we are all interested in expansion.

If you are into the banana, and you only plant banana 20 hectares for 10 years, ay! huminto ka na diyan. Malulugi ka na niyan kung ganoon. Iyong banana and plantations and everywhere business, you have to expand. If you do not expand, babagsak ka. That goes for the malls and everything, that’s why there’s a mall wherever you are. Because if they stop building malls, stop doing business, ganiyan ka lang, stagnant ka – mao. You have to consider inflation; you have to consider supply of money, the cost of money and everything. So ganun iyan.

So we have to expand, but we have to have peace. Ang mahirap lang itong mga scholars pati bata, sila iyong nagpakita sa akin, this is what happened to us. Sabi ko, using the—before they actually uttered it in, itong mga Tatad, sila Lozano, ang sabi nila, “na sabihin mo kay Duterte, it’s in the past.” Hindi akin yun. I tried to reach them before my oath taking.

I requested my daughter-in-law, iyong asawa ni Pulong who has a Tausug mother, ah! No, Tausug father and a Maranao mother. And so is my Lola. I talked to them. I had him brought here, dito iyan, of course, sub rosa. Matagal kaming nag-usap sa bahay, almost 2 days, sabi ko dito na kami magtira. How we can figure out a way out here.

Kaya sabi ko, “This is not one century ago; this is not 100 years ago, this is now. It still is.” Leksyon lang sa mga—yung—akala nila mas marunong sila atin dito sa Mindanao. It’s not—it was not my statement. It was not my original statement; those statements came from the Moro scholars and the young men. Marami diyan ngayon sa Lanao, Cotabato area, and ang ano nila is the Maute. But overall, tingnan ninyo, it’s actually in Middle East, they have stopped to call them Daesh or ISIS; they’re simply militants.

Dito sa Pilipinas, they sprout out everywhere, and they are the militants of the Moro nationalism. Yun iyon. Eh kanila ito noon, it’s their land.

Ang mga Kristiyanos dumating, walang original na Kristiyano na taga-Mindanao. That’s for one thing I’m very sure of. If you are a Christian, my Father was a Christian, he came here, married Mindanao woman. Ang nagpunta—we are the descendants of the Christian early settlers who came here, na hindi pa mainit noon kasi bakit mag-init sila? Alam naman nilang magkapatid tayo. We all look the same; you could be a Tausug there, you could be a Maranao. Hindi masyadong mainit, but when the time came when there was an awakening, and they were losing their lands to the Christians, yun, pumutok na. And the earliest was, of course, Kamlon. Then you have the ‘73 campaign, the Black Shirts, sila panahon ni toothpick. Then now.

So it’s either we succeed in the talks, or we don’t move at all, dito sa—limitado ang atin. There can never be full use of the land until we will have the peace that we all desire. So that is how it is: ang Mindanao.

We can only talk. And if we are able to convince the Communists, they would require huge amount, resources. They will not go into a surrendering mode by just simply dropping the guns. They would ask for concessions. Concessions would be land, which is very good. I agree with them, I can open up the whole, the entire Republic of the Philippines, all public lands, ibigay ko, tutal hindi mo nagagamit, especially for food. I’d be happy with that. At itong pera, well, another billions of pesos.

So with the MN. Ang MN, MI, they would relish a return of a fraction of what they own. So, teritoryo iyan, it’s territorial, … a huge expenditure to develop kasi they have lost that initiative for all of these years, they’ve been fighting, iyong ano nila sa lupa. I hope they would listen to us.

And itong mga scholars na lang, pati itong mga hardliners, ito talagang—

And iyong sabi ko that there should be a time when the Americans leave in Mindanao. So, please kindly review your tapes, lalo itong mga ano ng Amerikano, never said ‘leave’ the Philippines. Ang sinasabi nila, we are not willing to negotiate with you. We will talk with you, but never negotiate unless we see the American Special Forces in the military camps all around Mindanao. And it is true that they are here.

There about 119? 70 special forces na all around Mindanao. Iyan ang—so having said that, we are open to all issues that you might want government to intervene. The total hectarage would have been 450,000 hectares, which is huge. The total investment is 150 billion; for the total employment is 515 jobs as of 2015; the annual wages is 446.4 billion; total tax contribution is 6 billion; total revenue 2014 is 1.2 billion. And there was a—kumonti lang because of the drought, they only got about 460 million.

High tariff of Philippine exports to Korea and Japan. I’m going to—right after China, I’m going to Japan. These are the things na nakalista sa akin by the Cabinet members, those topics of interest. The maximum residual level is …drastic reduction. Peace and order and the pest and disease. You just tell me.

Manny is a farm boy. Manny Piñol is a farm boy, he would know what to do. We only need really to conserve resources. But if there is no graft and corruption anymore, matutulungan ko kayong lahat.

Now, the SW survey gave me something like point 74. I don’t need that. Actually, ganoon ako. If you know me, if you know me at all at sabi ng Inquirer, “How do you rate?” Sabi ko, “6.” Alam mo kung bakit? Diyan lang ako naglalaro eh. Ever since Kindergarten, 75, 76, huwag lang bumagsak. Five is nakatabla ka na eh, so, give a little bit of the sweat that you have— Totoo. It is not a self-derogating thing, but I’ve only—kayong nakakilala sa akin. Kamo, how do you rate yourself? But the meat of the law should be there in a congressional action para—to remove any doubt in the future, especially if you want to pour money for a purpose, then you would need Congress. And if it’s just an executive body, mahihirapan tayo; it has to be a creation of the Congress of the Republic of the Philippines. Okay ako dito sa lahat.

Now, I would like to go back to—doon sa corruption noong money. Kasi ang sabi there is still corruption. You know, sinabi ko sa kanila, Cabinet members because I had that sad experience with NEDA before, di ba, I applied for a railway, a simple railway system in Davao, would you believe it—to the dying days of the administration was still far from the level of table na dapat nandoon na. And so, I cannot understand why. And so, I’d like to know where the corruption is still prevalent because I’d like to know. If you do not help me, I cannot erase corruption. I just cannot go to an office and start asking anybody. If I say, where’s the SOB here? You have to tell me no.

There is a—Malacañang TV, PTV 4. So my program ako diyan, I’ll give about every morning, 1 hour. Lahat ng Pilipino, nakakatikim ng—whether it’s in the permit sa office of the mayor or an electrical clearance or a way of right already paid but unimplemented, i-text mo na lang. You name the government official, do not add your name. Sabihin na lang ninyo, may corruption diyan sa City Hall, iyong business. Kasi ang business permit, panahon ko, three days. Sa kanila ngayon, one month. Kaya nga eh kung magbigay ka, wala na talaga akong magawa. But if there’s any sense at all, is, tulungan ninyo ako.

Now, I said doon, even for each department, they’re only given one month, lahat sila. So, pagdating doon, it should—you have the stub, kailan nila tinanggap. And I told each department to give the guy, lalo na labor, give him a shopping list what to produce. Tutal yung nandiyan lang sa likod iyong mga NBI, BIR, nandiyan na, may kiosk. So, sabihin lang—I’d like to address myself to the nation. Ilagay lang ninyo doon, at 1 o’clock you transited business, tapos nai-submit mo na lahat iyong kailangan nila, and yet, they’re asking for more.

Ang sabi ko sa mga taga-gobyerno, and I will see to it that you are dismissed. I do not give a shit if you are a director or any general. Sabihin mo, “Give him a shopping list. Do not add or take anything from it once it is released to him.” Then go to your computers, malaki ang gasto ko sa computer na yan, ilagay mo doon, kailan siya puwedeng bumalik for the papers.

If it is really for rejection, clearly state why. And I’d like to read. So kayong mga Filipino, i-text lang ninyo, tapos sabihin mo, “Ito ang hiningi, ito na naman ang bagong hiningi nila.” Then that is corruption, pahirapan yan. If you are made to go back and forth, magtext lang kayo. No more names para hindi kayo matakot. Ako na ang bahala.

Pag hindi niyo ako tulungan, wala talaga akong magawa para sa inyo. If you do not help me, ferret out the bad guys, eh, huwag kayong mag-complain ng corruption-corruption. Ito, may buksan ako, a new avenue. Ito iyong—now remember, na huwag kayong mag-ano ng kapwa niyo tao. Baka galit ka lang, ilagay mo lang diyan, si Rodrigo Duterte, iyong supervising clerk ng ano, tapos just, – because I will have to ask your name, where are you. Pag niloko mo ako, hindi ko na alam kung anong ginagawa ko pag niloko ako. Pag niloko mo ako, hanggang diyan na lang tayo. Kaya huwag kang magkamali ng—huwag mo na lang, huwag kang mag—ibig sabihin do not, you know, huwag mo akong gawaing gago, ayoko yung ganun eh.

So, iyan na lang, because they say that doing all right, so far, so good, but there is still corruption. Saan? Sa Maynila? Quezon City, Davao City, Cebu? Local government? Hindi na bale, ilagay mo lang diyan: Ito si Mr. Eusebio Morales, iyong ano, pinaglalaruan ako, pinagbabalik ako. So, it is flashed everyday all throughout the country. Tapos tawagin ko siya, sabihin ko, anong nagawa niyang pagkamali? I will call him to Malacañang, I’ll pay for his plane fare. Pumunta ka dito, humarap ka sa akin. Ayoko iyong niloloko mo ako. Ayokong lokohin mo ako, kasi ako dating manloloko. Kaya nga, araw-araw nasa altar ako, naka-dupa kasi niloloko ko yung nanay ko. Nakaluhod ako palagi sa munggo pati—so ganun.

All that I ask is really your cooperation, nothing else. All you have to do is just to name the idiot. You do not have to—sulat mo lang. Ngayon, by text. Ito ngayon, I’ll open number sa Malacañang, mag-contribute si Pangilinan pati si Ayala ng numero, tutal they are mamera, maraming pera sila dito sa ano. Wala kayong kumpitensiya. Kung magtext ako, maghintay ako ng reply, matulog na muna ako, kinabukasan ko pa mabasa. Tinitiis ko lang yan. If you do not do it right, you wait, I’m going to China.

I’ll open up everything for competition. Buksan ko na lang lahat, pati iyong lahat ng mga babae, lahat ng magaganda sa buong mundo, walang visa, pasok kayo dito. Putang-inang iyan, (laughter) at least mag-init ulo mo, may makita kang babae, maglamig ka. Ano ang pangalan mo? Ganun.

So I am pleading to the people. I promised you ‘no corruption.’ If I cannot get your help, if you’re the ones also surrendering to the idiots, that’s not my problem anymore. Then you serve the country na ganito. I promised you, drug war, so they are being killed. And the Americans, the EU and itong human rights, kung magsalita, if they reprimand you, it is as if, ako iyong boy nila. I am not your servant, do not do it to me.

When I was mayor, you can criticize me, nagiging side issue na iyan sa Republic of the Philippines eh. I’d teach you the final points of government. But when you are talking to me, Mr. Obama, Human Rights pati ang EU, kung hindi kayo loko-loko, I am the President of the Republic of the Philippines.

I am not an ex—I am not extraordinarily very proud of that title.

I refuse even to be called Your Excellency kasi nakakatindig ng balahibo. You just can address me. To all my friends, I do not—I ask them not to call me President. Tanungin mo iyong Cabinet. You address me as mayor because yun na iyong palayaw ko all these years for being the mayor here for 23 years. I’m comfortable with mayor. I am not at ease with President-President. I’d like just to tell you that I am not inordinately proud just because I am President but you cannot criticize me. But do it in such a way that you learned people taught the third countries.

That when I am President, there is already the UN, a body, and we are a member, and I am the President.

So, Mr. Obama, if you want, you can ask your ambassador to the UN to make the complaint. Then for that body, it’s a collegial body, if it’s an issue of security, then the Security Council would refer it to the one of its organs, and that is the Human Rights Commission. Ask them to investigate and make a report, then that is the time that you call my attention. Get it?

Now, EU, you are too far away for me to worry. You have been threatening to cut aids and everything. Who do you think you are? Without your aid, fine, we will survive. But do not threaten me that there will be cuts in a—son of a gun.

What do you think of us, beggars? You cannot even handle the refuge crisis. There was a time when you let all the Muslims in, but there is a time now that you have closed your corridors, and it’s winter time, and they are out—tang-ina, suffering cold and sickness and all. Do not talk about human rights. You were the nations. Spain conquered Philippines. The Dutch, you conquered Indonesia. British, you conquered Malaysia, then you occupied, that was the 55 days at Peking. Because there was this store who had the franchise of selling opium in China that you can never really expect a Chinese goodwill. You are the ones who are the exclusive franchise to sell opium to the Chinese people.

America— Balangiga in Samar, you stole the belfry, iyong bell namin, it’s now in your hands. There was a time that 5, ah! No, 10 years old above, you massacred all of the men, so do not teach me about human rights. I’m trying to save a country, 4 million drug addicts is no joke. We are not a rich country. We do not have—it is only China who has helped us. I requested the military to open their camps to allow people who would want to donate rehab houses.

China is about to complete, sub rosa, walang hambog, walang news, neither any publicity. It’s about to be completed. It would house 1,400 drug addicts in Fort Magsaysay, doon, matatapos na.

You? Instead of helping us, you know very well that I entered the presidency midterm, and I was operating now on a budget that is not mine. This is Aquino’s budget. Next year pa iyong akin because you know, I entered midterm, June, but a budget is prepared for the whole year. Who’d ever thought? I know that it was a problem. Of course, in Davao there were extra-judicial victims, I would not deny that. But it is not a policy. It only becomes an extrajudicial issue if it is the policy of a state to kill criminals. That was not— otherwise I would not have—you know, I lose two policemen everyday all over the country, on the average, because they fight back. That’s what I said. Why are you—because that garbage started in Davao, it was a political issue. Everybody—everyone who died here na walang suspect, automatically would term it ‘salvage victim.’

So, it was carried on to a national concern. Remember United States, Mr. Obama, it was never an issue against me during the entire election. And you can ask anybody, even your embassy personnel and your intelligence here and everywhere. It was not an issue against me. Eh, iyong anak na lang. So, they got me from City Hall, ah yeah. Iyong building, which is owned by the city, but national employees kami. Then I became mayor. I never wanted to be one. Why? Because my father was governor of this place one time. I never liked this life. Kaya ang pati ang pamilya ko, sumabog. I never wanted to be congressman, but I became one. I only wanted to be the top prosecutor because that is the love of my life, prosecuting people in court. I never wanted to be President. I was not there to file my certificate until the last.

Then, as a substitute because I was pounded on by several people. President Ramos was one of them, came back and forth in Davao to the point—just chastising me for refusing to serve my country. All of these things.

Now, I’m President, I tell you. Please listen very carefully. Lahat kayong mga media diyan, I don’t give a damn of what happens. I’ll tell you, I am staking my life, my honor and the presidency itself. If that is my destiny, ousted? Killed? But I think honor, I shall have had. There will never be a situation that you’d catch me stealing even a peso of your money. But there will be more deaths.

Because nobody was willing—galing dito hanggang Maynila, nobody, no idiot in this government, na kilala si Bangayan. So I went to the intelligence community, sa Aguinaldo. Sabi ko, “Huwag ninyo akong bolahin. Bigyan ninyo ako ng—the face of—because I’m supposed to—” Sabi ni ano, “Wala, mayor, eh.” “Huwag nin—putang-ina, huwag ninyo akong lokohin, huwag tayong maglokohan dito.”
