The San Antonio Farmers Multi-Purpose Cooperative (SAFMPC), an organization of agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) assisted by the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), was selected to manage and operate the first Dairy Box in the City of Victorias, Negros Occidental.
The construction of the dairy processing plant worth P3.7 million and located at the Bangga Daan Satellite Market will also be a one-stop product marketing outlet for the selling of carabao dairy products.
The SAFMPC will manage the Dairy Box with assistance from the Department of Agriculture-Philippine Carabao Center and the Office of Senator Cynthia Villar.
The project is part of the P10 million Carabao-Based Business Improvement Network (CBIN) project of the city government of Victorias. It provided 64 dairy carabaos, training, capacity development, and a milk processing center.
The SAFMPC will develop and sell carabao dairy products under the brand name Victorias Dairy (ViDa).
The Dairy Box is targeted to be completed in four months or December of this year.

Napili ang San Antonio Farmers Multi-Purpose Cooperative (SAFMPC), isang organisasyon ng agrarian reform beneficiaries na tinutulungan ng Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), upang pamahalaan at patakbuhin ang Dairy Box sa lungsod ng Victorias, Negros Occidental.
Ang pagtatayo ng dairy processing plant na nagkakahalaga ng P3.7 milyon at matatagpuan sa Bangga Daan Satellite Market ay magiging one-stop product marketing outlet para sa pagbebenta ng mga produkto ng gatas ng kalabaw.
Ang Dairy Box na ito ay pamamahalaan ng SAFMPC sa tulong ng Department of Agriculture-Philippine Carabao Center at ng opisina ni Senator Cynthia Villar.
Ang proyekto ay bahagi ng P10 milyong Carabao-Based Business Improvement Network (CBIN) project ng pamahalaang lungsod ng Victorias kung saan nagbigay ito ng 64 dairy carabaos, pagsasanay, capacity development, at milk processing center.
Ang SAFMPC ay magpoproseso at magbebenta ng mga produkto ng gatas ng kalabaw sa ilalim ng tatak na Victorias Dairy (ViDa).
Ang Dairy Box ay tinatarget na makukumpleto sa apat na buwan o Disyembre ng taong ito.
