Marcos Jr. ang ceremonial turnover ng St. Gregory Homes Project sa Malabon City, na magbibigay ng mga kalidad at ligtas na pabahay para sa mga informal settlers at sa mga naapektuhan ng proyekto ng gobyerno. Ayon kay PBBM, prayoridad ng kanyang administrasyon na tugunan ang mga pangangailangan ng bansa sa pabahay, na naglalayong magtayo ng mga disente at abot-kayang tahanan para sa bawat pamilyang Pilipino. Binubuo ng mahigit sa 20 na gusali na mayroong 1,380 na mga yunit ang nasabing proyekto.
