Inilahad ng Pangulo ang pakikiisa ng Pilipinas sa iba’t ibang hangarin ng ASEAN at mga external partner nito sa pagpapayabong ng malayang kalakalan, pagsusuporta sa mga “Nano businesses” at MSMEs, pagsisiguro ng suplay ng pagkain at enerhiya, at ang pagtugon sa epekto ng climate change.
