Tinalakay rin sa pagpupulong ang paglalatag ng mga komprehensibong reporma sa Military and Uniformed Personnel Retirement and Pension System na bahagi ng welfare provision ng pamahalaan sa mga retiradong sundalo, pulis, at iba pang sangay ng unipormadong serbisyo.
