Dumalo si Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. sa selebrasyon ng ika-63 na kaarawan ni Japanese Emperor Naruhito ngayong araw, Pebrero 22. Ipinahayag ni PBBM ang kahilingang kasiyahan at marami pang biyaya para kay Emperor Naruhito sa kanyang pamumuno sa Japan at nagpasalamat sa mainit na pagtanggap ng bansa sa pagbisita ng Philippine delegation kamakailan.Pinagtibay din ni Pangulong Marcos ang patuloy na pagtutulungan ng Pilipinas at Japan. Pagkatapos nito ay pinangunahan ang toast para sa kaarawan ng Japanese Emperor.
