Bukod sa pagpapatibay ng alyansa, nagpahayag din ng suporta ang key cabinet members ng Estados Unidos sa Pilipinas sa pamumuhunan, pagpapaunlad ng ekonomiya ng bansa, at sa iba pang economic priorities ng pamahalaan. Magpapadala rin ang U.S. government ng isang trade and investment mission sa Pilipinas.
