Inanyayahan niya ang mga ito na tulungan ang mga miyembro ng CTGs na muling sumama sa lipunan at ipinangako ang suporta ng administrasyon sa kanilang pagsasanay at pagkuha ng mga kinakailangang kasangkapan para depensahan ang seguridad sa rehiyon.
