Sa miting, inihayag ng Pangulo na nais nitong makapagpatayo ang gobyerno ng ilang cold storage facilities sa iba't-ibang fish ports sa bansa bilang tugon sa mabilis na pagkasira ng mga nahuhuling isda ng mga mangingisda.
