Pinangunahan ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ang groundbreaking ceremony para sa proyektong Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) sa Panganiban Drive, Naga City, Camarines Sur ngayong araw, ika-16 ng Marso 2023. Binigyang-diin ng Pangulo na ang okasyong ito ay nagpapakita ng mahalagang hakbang tungo sa pangarap na magbigay ng abot-kayang pabahay para sa mga Pilipino. Kumpiyansa si PBBM na ang pagpapatayo ng limang residential towers na may mahigit 11,800 units, kasama ng apat na commercial building ay magbibigay ng kaginhawahan sa mga benipisyaryo ng nasabing proyekto.
