Nasaksihan ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ang ginanap na Combined Joint Littoral Live Fire Exercise ng Philippines-United States of America (USA) armed forces sa San Antonio, Zambales nitong Miyerkules. Ang pagsasanay ay nilahukan ng 1,400 na mga sundalo na nagpapakita nang matatag na relasyon ng Pilipinas at Amerika. Ito din ay naglalayong pagtibayin ang kakayanan ng militar ng dalawang bansa para sa anumang hamon ng seguridad sa rehiyon. Ang Balikatan Exercise ay nagsimula noong Abril 11 at magtatapos sa darating na Abril 28, 2023.
