Signing of Memorandum of Agreement between OPS and PLM
Nilagdaan ng Office of the Press Secretary at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) ang isang Memorandum of Agreement upang palakasin ang kakayahan ng mga empleyado ng OPS sa pamamagitan ng Regular Graduate Off-Campus Program sa kursong Masters of Public Administration. Isinagawa ang ceremonial signing sa New Executive Building sa Malacanang, nitong Huwebes ng hapon. Dinaluhan ito nina OPS OIC USec. Atty. Cheloy Velicaria-Garafil, USec. Marlon Purificacion, USec.
