Tinalakay ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. at ng kanyang gabinete sa sectoral meeting ngayong ika-12 ng Setyembre ang implementasyon ng Executive Order no. 39 o mandated price ceiling sa bigas. Kasama sa talakayan ang update tungkol sa pagbibigay ng cash assistance para sa mga rice retailers na nagsimula na noong Sabado, ika-9 ng Setyembre.
