Sa kanyang talumpati, nagpahayag si PBBM ng kanyang pasasalamat sa bansang Espanya sa kanilang tulong sa pagbili ng bagong C295 at sa pagpapalakas ng posisyon ng bansa sa larangan ng depensa.
Binigyang-pansin din ng Pangulo ang kahalagahan ng pagtiyak sa kaligtasan ng mga assets ng Air Force at ang kaugnay na pagsasanay ng mga crew at kawani upang mapanatiling ligtas ang lahat. Inulit ng Pangulo ang pangako ng administrasyon na pagpapatuloy sa pagpapalakas ng kakayahang pangdepensa ng bansa.

Marcos Jr.’s administration through the state-run Maharlika Investment Corporation (MIC) for a 20 percent stake to secure a foothold in the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP).
