President Rodrigo Roa Duterte Visits Wake of the Late 10th Military Intelligence Battalion Commander
President Rodrigo Roa Duterte commiserated with the bereaved family of the late Commander of the 10th Military Intelligence Battalion Lieutenant Colonel Ricky Navarro as he visited the wake at the Libingan ng mga Bayani Mortuary in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig on June 7, 2018.
The President extended his condolences to the late Army official's wife Rose and their children Mark, Jenny and Joy.
Navarro succumbed to a heart attack last June 4.
Before he gave his final salute, the president extended financial assistance to the family and assured them that they could call him if ever they need additional assistance.

A total of 14 state communicators were honored at the “Parangal: Gawad ng Kahusayan sa Komunikasyong Pampubliko” by the Presidential Communications Office (PCO) on Monday. The PCO named Lupon, Davao Oriental as the winner of the Public Service Campaign Award (municipal level) for its Kinahanglan Maligdong: Project iCORE (Communication, Organization, Response, and Engagement) campaign.
