PBBM attends the National Housing Authority Ceremonial Turnover
Dumalo si Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. sa isinagawang turnover ceremony ng proyektong pabahay sa Brgy. Calubcob Naic, Cavite ngayong Lunes. Nagpaabot ng pasasalamat ang Pangulo sa National Housing Authority at mga katuwang na ahensiya sa pagtataguyod ng mga programa ng pamahalaan, lalo na ang pagsisigurong makapagpatayo ng dekalidad at murang pabahay para sa bawat pamilyang Pilipino. Sinamahan si PBBM nina Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Jerry Acuzar, National Housing Authority General Manager Joeben Tai, at ng alkalde ng Naic na si Mayor Raffy Dualan sa site inspection.

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. wants government agencies to reexamine the administration’s programs contained in the National Expenditure Program (NEP) but were defunded by Congress.

After thorough review and scrutiny, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. signed the 2025 national budget on Monday. The 2025 national budget, initially amounting to PhP6.352 trillion was reduced to PhP6.326 trillion following the veto of PhP194 billion worth of line items deemed inconsistent with the administration’s priority programs.

President Marcos Jr. confers with the Executive Secretary, the Economic Cluster (DOF, DBM, and NEDA) and the Secretary of Public Works and Highways while reviewing the proposed national budget for next year. The printed copy of the spending measure was received late Friday afternoon. President Marcos Jr. hopes to act on the measure before the year ends.
