Ayon kay PBBM, prayoridad ng kanyang administrasyon na tugunan ang mga pangangailangan ng bansa sa pabahay, na naglalayong magtayo ng mga disente at abot-kayang tahanan para sa bawat pamilyang Pilipino. Binubuo ng mahigit sa 20 na gusali na mayroong 1,380 na mga yunit ang nasabing proyekto.
