Nilagdaan ng Office of the Press Secretary at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) ang isang Memorandum of Agreement upang palakasin ang kakayahan ng mga empleyado ng OPS sa pamamagitan ng Regular Graduate Off-Campus Program sa kursong Masters of Public Administration.
