President Rodrigo Roa Duterte designated Undersecretary Borje as Special Envoy for the repatriation and goodwill mission aimed at assessing the condition of overseas Filipino workers in Beirut, Lebanon as nations continue to grapple with the coronavirus pandemic. After the successful repatriation process, Usec. Borje, together with the Philippine delegation were led to the Philippine Embassy Chancery for the turnover of relief of goods to the Filipino community and medical supplies to Lebanese beneficiaries.
