After hearing both the personal and professional concerns of soldiers stationed in Marawi City, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. on Monday vowed to take concrete steps to improve the welfare of the troops and their families.

In a push for swift action, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. on Monday ordered the Marawi City General Hospital (MCGH) to open a month ahead of schedule—moving the target from September to August—to urgently restore long-delayed healthcare services and ensure residents can benefit from them without further delay.

To ensure uninterrupted learning for some 10,000 students, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. on Monday ordered national government agencies to expedite the construction of additional facilities for the PhP520-million Marawi Dansalan Integrated School.
