Inihayag ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. na buo at tuloy-tuloy na ang implementasyon ng North-South Commuter Railway (NSCR) system matapos isapinal ang Contract Packages S-02 at S-03B, ngayong araw ika-27 ng Abril. Ito ang hudyat ng ikatlong yugto ng implementasyon ng South Commuter Railway Project (SCRP) na may haba na 14 kilometro. Ito ay dadaan sa Metro Manila at bahagi na magkokonekta sa northern at southern leg ng NSCR system. Ipinangako naman ng Pangulo na pakikinabangan ito ng halos 800,000 na pasahero kapag nakumpleto na ang 147.26 kilometro na NSCR system bukod sa libo-libong trabaho na magagawa nito para sa sambayanang Pilipino.
