The Ambassador of Japan to the Philippines, H.E. Kazuya Endo, extended his congratulations to the newly appointed Presidential Communications Office Acting Secretary Cesar Chavez during a courtesy call on September 19. Their discussions focused on leveraging strategic communications to strengthen bilateral relations. They also highlighted the proposed Japan International Cooperation Agency official development assistance loan project for developing the Digital Terrestrial Broadcasting Network for the People’s Television Network, Inc., as well as other significant government infrastructure legacy projects.
