Sa kanyang mensahe, binati ni PBBM ang tibay ng mga Taclobanon na naghihilom pa rin mula sa trahedya at ipinarating ang pag-asang patuloy na aahon ang lungsod at ang buong bansa mula sa epekto ng mga matinding kalamidad.
