Sa press briefing na inorganisa ng Presidential Communications Office, ibinahagi ni Tourism Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco ang pag-apruba ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. sa National Tourism Development Plan 2023-2028. Ayon kay Sec. Frasco, magsisilbi itong blueprint at development framework ng tourism sector ng bansa. Katuwang din dito ang Department of Information and Communications Technology para sa pagsasaayos ng internet connectivity sa mga tourist destinations, pagbuo ng e-visa, at ang pagpapaganda ng digitalisasyon sa naturang sektor. Sinagot din ni DICT Secretary Ivan John Uy ang ilang katanungan ng media hinggil sa sim card registration.
