Ang TOFIL ay isang taunang awarding ceremony para sa mga Pilipinong nasa edad 41 pataas na nagpamalas ng kagalingan sa kanilang mga larangan.

Binisita ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ang Basco Central School sa Barangay San Antonio, Basco, Batanes, para alamin ang lawak ng pinsala ng Bagyong Julian sa mga pasilidad ng paaralan, maging ang mga hakbang na kailangan para sa mabilis nitong pagsasaayos.
