Marcos Jr.’s investment pitch for the Philippines received "a very positive response" from some of the world's top CEOs and investment experts during a dinner hosted for him by Grab Chairman and CEO Anthony Tan at the sidelines of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland. Prime Minister Anwar reaffirmed Malaysia’s commitment to assisting the Philippines during times of crisis, underscoring the strength of the ASEAN partnership in responding to regional challenges.

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. on Monday distributed P60 million in assistance to six municipalities in Batangas affected by Severe Tropical Storm Kristine. In his speech, President Marcos mourned over the tragedy and hoped the government aid would help communities recover from the calamities.
