Marcos Jr. at First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos sa isang Vin d’ Honneur ang mga opisyal ng pamahalaan at mga miyembro ng Diplomatic Corps sa bansa. Inihayag ng Pangulo sa kaniyang mensahe na pangungunahan niya ang pagharap ng bansa sa mga hamon, patungo sa patuloy na pag-unlad sa gitna ng pagbangon nito mula sa epekto ng COVID-19 pandemic.
