Sa miting na pinagunahan ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., ibinahagi ng Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) at Commission on Higher Education(CHED) na patuloy ang mga hakbang ng pamahalaan para sa pagsunod ng bansa ukol sa International Convention on Standards of Training, and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW). Inilahad din sa pulong ang plano ng Department of Transportation - Philippines na matapos ang pagsasaayos ng 18 na paliparan sa bansa sa darating na Hunyo.
