Binigyang-diin ng Pangulo na mahalaga ang mga naging resulta ng mga preparatory consultations na isinagawa sa iba't ibang stakeholder sa pampubliko at pribadong sektor, at kinakailangang agarang kumilos at magpatupad ng konkretong hakbang upang maisakatuparan ang mga plano.

Sa temang "Pagtutulungan sa Makabagong Halalan," ang 2023 National Election Summit ay naglalayong magbigay ng plataporma para sa pambansang talakayan ng mga election stakeholders upang mapabuti ang proseso ng halalan ng bansa. Ito ay ginanap mula ika-08 hanggang ika-10 ng Marso 2023.
