Inihayag ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ang suporta ng Pilipinas sa panukala ng Association of Southeast Asian Nations- Business Advisory Council (ASEAN-BAC) na palakasin ang mga hakbang tungo sa food security, itaguyod ang mas mataas na produksyon, at kilalanin ang “nutrition-enhancing agriculture mechanism" na magbibigay ng mas maayos na sistema ng pagkain sa ASEAN. Bukod dito, kinilala rin ng Pangulo ang kritikal na tungkulin ng pribadong sektor, lalo na ang mga “nano businesses" sa kanilang ambag sa pagpapalago ng ekonomiya.

Sa pangunguna ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., aprubado sa unang miting ng Economy and Development Council ang 10-year extension ng water concession agreements ng Maynilad at Manila Water para matiyak ang tuloy-tuloy na suplay ng malinis na tubig sa NCR at karatig-probinsya. Inaprubahan din ang dalawang major infrastructure projects: ang PhP27.7B Farm-to-Market Bridges Development Program, at ang PhP5.1B na Liloan Bridge Construction Project sa Southern Leyte.
