Undersecretary Borje conveyed the message of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte during the town hall type meeting held at the Philippine Legation Office, Immueble AEG, Les Berges du Lac in Tunis on December 19, 2019.
President Rodrigo Roa Duterte designated Undersecretary Borje as Special Envoy to special missions aimed at checking the conditions of overseas Filipino workers in North Africa and the Middle East.
