Nakipagpulong si Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. kay Department of Finance Secretary (DOF) Benjamin Diokno kasama ang iba pang kawani ng pamahalaan ngayong araw upang pag-usapan ang mga fiscal incentive para sa mga export at domestic market-oriented enterprises na nais mamuhunan sa bansa. Ibinahagi ni Finance Secretary Diokno na nakikipagtulungan ang pamahalaan sa International Monetary Fund (IMF) para sa pagsasagawa ng isang pag-aaral na naglalayong tugunan ang value-added tax (VAT) collection inefficiency sa bansa. Alinsunod ito sa panawagan na suriin ang kasalukuyang tax framework ng Pilipinas at maghanap ng iba pang paraan upang maiangat ang antas ng pagnenegosyo mapa-lokal man at dayuhang mamumuhunan.

Pagkakaisa at sama-samang aksyon para sa kapakanan ng bawat Pilipino ang muling ipinagtibay ni Pangulong Ferdinand R.
