Sa kanyang talumpati, nagpahayag si PBBM ng kanyang pasasalamat sa bansang Espanya sa kanilang tulong sa pagbili ng bagong C295 at sa pagpapalakas ng posisyon ng bansa sa larangan ng depensa.
