Binisita ng ating delegasyon sa 2023 United Nations Climate Change Conference ang Filipino community na nagtipon sa Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) kahapon ika-30 ng Nobyembre. Sa isang video message, inihayag ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ang kanyang panghihinayang na siya’y hindi nakasama sa pagtitipon. Ibinahagi niya ang huling kaganapan kaugnay sa 17 na seafarers na bihag sa Red Sea, pati na rin ng mga Pilipinong nakauwi na mula sa Gaza. Ipinaabot din ni PBBM ang kanyang pasasalamat sa mga kontribusyon ng mga overseas Filipinos sa UAE, maging ang kanyang pagbati sa mga ito ng maligayang Pasko.

The meeting comes ahead of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Philippines and Finland, which began on July 14, 1955.
