Ibinahagi ng Department of Health (Philippines) kay Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. sa isang sectoral meeting ngayong ika-1 ng Pebrero ang kanilang mga hakbang para sa patuloy na pagharap ng bansa sa COVID-19 at ang implementasyon ng Universal Health Care (UHC) Act. Ayon sa DOH, nakatakdang dumating sa susunod na buwan ang donasyong 1 milyong dose ng bivalent vaccines mula sa COVAX. Ang mga bakunang ito ay para sa mga partikular na variant ng COVID-19 tulad ng Omicron.
