Sa groundbreaking ceremony ng Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Housing (4PH) Project sa Pulilan, Bulacan, tiwala si Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. na makakamit ng gobyerno ang layunin nitong magbigay ng tahanan para sa lahat.
Sa kanyang talumpati, hinikayat niya ang mga lokal na opisyal na patuloy na makipagtulungan sa gobyerno sa pagbibigay ng serbisyo sa kanilang mga nasasakupan, lalo na sa paglaan ng lupa at tulong pinansiyal para sa housing projects.Ang proyekto ay naglalayong magtayo ng 13 low-rise buildings, bawat gusali ay may tatlong palapag, na may iba't ibang pasilidad para sa komunidad. Magkakaroon ito ng 1,044 na mga unit ng pabahay.

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. said Tuesday he would push for the country’s interests in his participation to the 44th and 45th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summits and Related Summits amid the current global and regional challenges.

Following the arrival honors, President Yoon signed the guest book. The leaders then held a brief tête-à-tête.
