Pinangunahan ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ang unang Joint National Peace and Order Council (NPOC) and Regional Peace and Order Council (RPOC) meeting sa taong ito, ngayong araw ika-25 ng Abril. Bahagi ng talakayan ang mga hakbang ng pamahalaan para sa seguridad, gaya ng aksyon laban sa droga, at pagpapalakas ng cybersecurity ng bansa.

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. on Friday ordered all concerned government agencies to work together for the immediate rebuilding and rehabilitation of all houses damaged by Typhoon Julian in Batanes.
