Nanawagan din ang Pangulo sa Kongreso na panatilihin ang pagpapatupad ng NEP ayon sa isinumiteng dokumento ng DBM para sa mabuting implementasyon ng mga programa at proyekto ng pamahalaan para sa susunod na taon.
