Malacañang: LEDAC committed to push for RCEP ratification
Ngayong araw, nagkaroon ng kauna-unahang pagpupulong ang executive committee ng Legislative-Executive Development Advisory Council (LEDAC) na nagsisilbing consultative at advisory body sa Pangulo sa mga programa at polisiya na mahalaga para sa pagsasakatuparan ng mga layunin ng national development agenda.
Kasama sa mga natalakay ang pagpasa sa kongreso ng sampung (10) prayoridad na panukalang-batas ng administrasyon at ang pagsulong sa pag-apruba ng Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), isang trade agreement na may layuning padaliin ang kalakalan sa pagitan ng Pilipinas, mga bansa sa Asia-Pacific region, at ASEAN member states.

Veteran broadcast journalist Fernando “Dindo” Amparo Sanga has taken his oath as the new Director General of the Presidential Broadcast Service - Bureau of Broadcast Services (PBS-BBS) before Presidential Communications Secretary Cesar Chavez. The new PBS-BBS chief took his oath before the Secretary on Wednesday night, September 18, during the turnover of leadership at the agency with outgoing Director General Rizal Giovanni P. Aportadera.
