President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. on Thursday led the distribution of Certificates of Condonation that will free agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) in Bulacan from their debts. A total of 1,119 Certificates of Condonation and Release of Mortgage (COCROMs) were distributed to 1,000 ARBs in different cities and municipalities in Bulacan during the event at the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) gymnasium in Quezon City.
