Si Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ang namuno sa groundbreaking ceremony para sa Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Housing (4PH) Project sa San Rafael, Bulacan nitong Miyerkules. Layunin ng proyekto na magbigay ng disente at abot-kayang pabahay sa libu-libong Pilipino na nangangailangan. Sa kanyang talumpati, inihayag ng Pangulo na kasama sa proyekto sa San Rafael ang 15 na gusali na mayroong halos 4,000 na unit. Idinagdag din niya na hindi lamang ito magbibigay ng mga bahay kundi magiging isang komunidad na mayroong mga mahahalagang pasilidad tulad ng pang-edukasyon at pangkalusugan.
